Feeling Festive? Cranberry Salsa for the Win!

This is one of my favorite fall recipes! Once the cranberries hit the shelves, it's the one of the first fall recipes I make!


All you'll need is:

  • 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries

  • 3-4 green onions

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or local honey

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root

  • 1 jalapeno (adjust to your spice liking)

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

  • pinch of salt

  • dash of nutmeg

  • cinnamon if you'd like


Place all ingredients in a food process and chop up to your preferred consistency. This can be stored in the fridge for a few days. I enjoy eating it with non-gmo corn chips.
