What Does a Session for the Herbal Package Look Like?

When you decide that the herbal package is right for you, you'll book your first appointment and send in our intake form located on the Herbalism page. This form gives me a heads up of your goals so I can be best prepared for our consultation together. I'm here to meet you where you are & help guide you to better health.

While this will look different for everyone, we will spend 30 to 45 minutes getting on the same page. We will set goals that make sense to do between then and our next session. No worries to remember every detail during our meetings, within 24-48 business hours you'll receive an overview of our appointment. This may have notes, links, and description of your goals.

You'll be able to schedule 6 sessions with me within 6 months & no worries if you need more support, I won't leave you high & dry! You can always add on sessions.
